Cerato

Cerato is a personality remedy

If 3 or more symptoms match the way you are feeling today, then this is a remedy to consider.

Spiritual aspect:

Cerato helps you to have calm inner certainty and trust your inner wisdom and intuition.

Key symptoms:

Lack of trust in your own decisions and intuition, self-doubt, seek advice from others

Other indications for Cerato:

  • You do not trust your own judgement when it comes to making decisions
  • You question your decisions as soon as you’ve made them
  • You seek advice from others for reassurance and confirmation
  • You cover all bases by asking lots of people the same question
  • You may follow someone else’s advice rather than trust yourself
  • You get led astray by following someone else’s advice
  • You know what you want but question yourself
  • You ignore your first impressions or ‘gut’ feelings
  • You waste time and opportunities through not trusting your inner wisdom
  • You need others opinions to get clarity about your thoughts
  • You lack confidence in your own judgement
  • When ill you are likely to try a succession of treatments/therapists recommended by others
  • Students cross out their first answer and replace it with another one (often wrong!)
  • You are keen to learn new things and accumulate knowledge but do not use it
  • You constantly interrupt conversations with questions
  • You sap other people’s energy by constant questioning

Positive potential of taking Cerato:

  • You get back in touch with your intuition
  • You act spontaneously and with more freedom
  • You have a quiet assurance
  • You act decisively
  • You decide for yourself and ignore advice that is contrary
  • You trust your decisions
  • You are able to see the key issues in problems
  • You are able to judge between right and wrong
  • You are able to pay attention to first impressions
  • You go with your ‘gut’ feelings
  • You have knowledge at your fingertips

A personal perspective:

I have a lovely friend who often rings for advice. We talk for ages and she sorts out a course of action. Then she rings every other friend in our circle and asks them what she should do. Sometimes she follows our advice, sometimes she doesn’t and sometimes she combines advice. The point is, she always spends a great deal of time on the process of decision-making. A few weeks later, she often decides to do the first thing she thought about. If you are reading this and it sounds like you – take some Cerato, you already have great inner wisdom but just don’t realise it yet!

    Hi Renate

I have noticed that you also asked this on the Bach community page. I’m afraid I don’t have any answers other than the ones posted there. Was the course in Vancouver not possible for you?
I was lucky to be able to train to become a Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner at University. It was a big commitment and hard work but only for a year.
Keep looking for the training – you will not regret learning more about this amazing system. I wish you every success with this.
