Hiya Cathleen – good question!
If you are taking remedies from a mixed treatment bottle i.e. several remedies mixed together in one bottle, then you take 4 drops of that mix 4x a day. If you are using remedies straight from a stock bottle then it is 2 drops 4x a day.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your information regarding bach flower remedies. I am learning so much and am hopeful that taking them will help in my personal growth. However, I am confused about the dosage. I would like to take them from the stock bottle, (undilluted and orally). Some say 2 drops 4x day, others say 4 drops 4x day. Please inform me on the correct dosage.
